COMING EVENTS
Unless the blizzards come at us fast and furiously, it looks like our children and young people will be getting out of school early this year. That means that more kids can go to Camp Tekoa this summer! Camp Tekoa is owned by The Western North Carolina Conference of The United Methodist Church (that‘s us, folks !) and an absolutely wonderful place to spend a week.
This year there are nine one-week sessions, beginning with June 10-16 and concluding with August 5-11.
There are discounts available for those with
early registrations, full payment, and prompt paperwork return.

Church League Basketball
FUMC teams play at the following times:
K-1st Grade (coached by Heather Scott): 9:00am at the Rec. Dept. Gym (behind PF Elem) vs. BCC (Court A)
4th-5th Grade Boys (coached by Heather Scott): Noon at Rosman Old Gym vs. Cherryfield Bapt.
Middle School Girls (coached by Paul Folckomer): 1:00 at Brevard Middle School vs. Rec. Dept. Team
High School Girls (coached by Leslie Borhaug): Doubleheader! Noon vs. Anchor Baptist, 1:00 vs. Bethany Baptist at Brevard HS Old Gym
