Lay Leader

Mission/Purpose:  To serve as a liaison among the ministers, staff and congregation.

Sponsored Activities:  The Lay Leader is a member of most standing committees of the church including the Administrative Board, the Staff-Parish Committee and the Council on Ministries.

Opportunities to Serve:  The Lay Leader has no standing committee but invites all persons to participate in the ministries of the church, as they may feel called. 

Ministries/events of special interest to the current Lay Leader include missions, youth, prayers for world peace, Thanksgiving breakfast, Weekday Children's Program and the Moravian Love Feast.
