Follow Jesus. Make Disciples. Transform the World.

Adele Anderson's favorite Bible verse:
May the Lord reward you for your deeds, and may you have a full reward from the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come for refuge!
Ruth 2:12 (NRSV)

Traditional Services:  8:30 & 10:55 a.m., Sunday

These are traditional worship services in the Sanctuary.  Pastors Jordan and Purselle preach with lay persons taking part in various aspects of the service each week.  Music is an important part of the service with hymns supported by the magnificent pipe organ.  Normally, the outstanding Chancel Choir sings the anthem at the 10:55 a.m. service.  Our aim is to worship as a community of Christ’s disciples overflowing with love and rejoicing in God’s forgiveness and acceptance of all.  These services are broadcast on radio station WQSL 1240 AM in Brevard.

Celebration Praise Celebration:  9:00 a.m., Sunday

This is a praise and worship service in the Chapel.  It ends at 9:45 a.m. in time for participants to attend Sunday School.  Pastors Jordan and Purselle preach with lay persons leading the service each week.  Music is an important part of the service which is intended for all ages.  Praise music includes joyful traditional and modern songs led by a small band.  Also planned for some Sundays are special programs of dance, music, drama and sharing our own personal religious experiences.  Our aim is to worship as a community of Christ’s disciples overflowing with love and rejoicing in God’s forgiveness and acceptance of all.  Come join us to:

  • Praise our Creator

  • Relate to others

  • Awaken our hearts & minds

  • Invite the Spirit

  • Sharing our faith

  • Experience God

Wednesday Chapel, 5:30 p.m.
Join us for a brief mid-week praise and prayer service in the Chapel.

Services are followed by the "Souper Supper" meal in the Fellowship Hall.

Holy Communion

Communion is served during all services on the first Sunday of each month as well as on other special occasions.  In keeping with United Methodist tradition, this is the Lord's table, not a United Methodist table, and is open to ALL who truly confess their sins and accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal savior.
